ABOUT VONDA

Vonda earned her BS in nutrition and dietetics before deciding to become a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. In her work as a therapist she became quickly frustrated with the absence of referral options outside of medication. She studied with Julia Ross (author of The Mood Cure) who had worked for decades connecting food, supplementation, and mental health symptoms. her studies expanded to other experts in the holistic health field. Vonda began adding functional nutrition concepts to her practice in 2012. The results she has seen have made her want to train others in the helping professions with root cause resolution.
